• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.

• Do not upload or share content that violates laws or third-party rights.

3. Plans & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance, on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).

• Prices are published on our website.

• Payments are handled securely by Stripe.

• Refunds are not provided except where required by law.

4. Your Data

• You retain all rights to the data you add to the Service.

• We only process your data to provide the Service.

• We may delete data after account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

The HelloSRP software, brand, and design are owned by HelloSRP. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service without permission.

6. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of business, data, or profits).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus and the European Union.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
